Add Tolkano to the Costume Brawl Outpost
Add Tolkano to the Costume Brawl outpost. For that matter, add him to the Snowball and Dragon Arena outposts as well, if he's not already there.

Put rune traders and weaponsmiths in every outpost too pls, also skill trainers, and hero skill trainers to everywhere in nf, and crafters, and material traders.

It would be nice to have Tolkano in the Costume Brawl outpost, but to have storage and rune traders etc.. Isn't that a bit too much of luxury? lol
